Big Birds, Bigfoot and Big Clouds

Across the entire planet, the reported sightings of Thunderbirds, Bigfoot, and UFOs are overwhelmingly in North America and shown on this Google map.

BLUE - I didn’t know that birds with wingspans of 15 to 20 feet even existed after the 1500s, when the 500 lb. New Zealand Haast Eagle was hunted to extinction. I thought that big birds were wiped out along with pterodactyls and other large nuisance flying things.

You probably already knew about Thunderbirds from the guy in Montana in 1987, the four Iowans who saw one in 1990, and/or the claims in Colorado and Michigan.

GREEN - Bigfoot, though seen by many, must mostly live in the Pacific Northwest or Florida and constantly travel back and forth, several times resting near the Great Lakes. Interestingly, since the widespread availability of smartphone cameras on Bigfoot’s preferred continent, announced sightings of ole Sasquatch have waned.

It is important and sad to note that the enormous Ban Manush of the Indian subcontinent, Yeti, from Nepal, and Godzilla’s cousin, the Hibagon in Japan are not mapped here. Their absence is lamentable and clearly a void for any dotted map enthusiast.

RED - UFOs are everywhere, and we know that from hundreds of sources in every popular medium, though not from this map. The beings that accompany them are said to have a kind of thin body and large, sometimes triangular heads or look something like ET.

Because aliens are far more clever than we are, they are able to abruptly dart their crafts above or beyond us in unexpected places, and at unpredictable times. Typically, this is before we grab our cameras, striving to take a decent identifying pic of them. But please: that’s why they are called UFOs.

My own certainty is that they follow us all, or perhaps just those of us who know about their shrewd and artful ways, hiding in broad daylight as clouds - one of their best disguises.
