I feel cold. On the inside.

Remember when I first moved to Chicago to work at Spiaggia? Remember how I only worked there for about 3 months because they screwed me around on hours and restaurant work? Remember how the chef got rid of all the company knives, and told people they were going to have to learn English? Remember how she wold hire sous chefs that didn't speak Spanish even though 99% of the staff who had been there for 10, 15+ years was Spanish speaking? Remember how when I gave my notice she got mad and started telling me how I'd never work for another 4 star Italian restaurant and that Id hate working at North Pond? Remember when I told her that I didn't care, that stars weren't the only thing important to me? Well, she really looks like that.

No. She doesn't own anything. She was the executive chef de cuisine at Spiaggia (she did all the stuff while Tony Matuano celebrity chef/owner went off and did frozen pizza marketing). She quit Spiaggia and moved to NY where she is the exec. chef of another Italian restaurant which is going to be opening a new outlet. That isn't even the point.
