I need to reload the operating system, and want to know what is the best way to do this. The Dell disks I have are not XP pack2, and as you know MS does not support updates that do not have service pack 2.
I have purchased a big USB HD that we are backing all important files onto, but how will we get a clean new system installed? This may have to be done to several computers.
Suggestions?
