P&S? I know I'm the stupid girl here, but what does that stand for? Peanuts and sardines? Pastrami and snails? Pickles and strawberries? Phiranas and Snakes? I know that it's a good thing and probably means something boring to do with selling the house, but I hope it means Phiranas and snakes. As long as that means someone's buying the house.
